Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags
Certain items (like innerwear or clearance sale items) are non-returnable

3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your choice
4. Exchanges
For size or product exchanges, follow the return process and place a new order after the refund is initiated.
